Should the uploader want to monetize the video again, they may remove the disputed audio in the "Video Manager". The first thing to try is requesting a password reset on discoveryplus.com for all the email addresses you may have used – registration has been open since November 2022, so it's possible you've already done it and forgotten. Be sure to follow this process through to completion – i.e. confirmation that the account is now active. The first thing to do is change your password on bt.com just to be sure. If it says you're already activated and you've tried all of your email addresses, then it's possible that your BT credentials have been stolen and someone else has used them to activate your account. If nothing arrives, then you don't have an account on that email address. Be sure to check your junk email folder for the password reset email.

Have tried reinstalling the app and clearing the cache. If you are going down the route of a discovery plus premium account make sure that the accounts are the same (same email address) Thanks, I will try setting up an account and see if it links it. I have Big Sport package and when I log into D+ I had to set up a different log in via D+ .

As I said I can log in fine to My BT. Cant watch it on Laptop or on the app on my phone. Use the same log in for BT Sport and it tells it is incorrect. I can log into MyBT fine.

On my Windows 11 PC & Q80A Samsung TV, I get error code WJ910, when I log on BT on the web. None of the app error messages begin with "Unable to complete authorisation as there is …", so I'm thinking the error is coming from outside? Any help appreciated!

I cannot activate discovery plus and the BT sport app is closing down soon. Are you using a pc/laptop  to access MYBT as that is preferred method to activate Don't send me the password – just the username.
